When you first install one of our licensed products, you will enter your license key. This saves the domain, ip and location on your sever to your license.

From time to time you may want to move your site, or some details on your site such as IP may change.

You can do this by reissuing your license. To do this you would need to logon to your account by clicking here, then click on "my services", click on the icon to the right of the relevant license and finally click on the "reissue license" button towards to bottom of the screen.

Once reissued, your license will be ready to be activated in another location.

Please make sure that you are only running one copy at a time, otherwise incorrect license details may be picked up resulting in errors.

Can you not see a reissue button?
If you can not see a reissue button, then your license is not locked to a location and you should be able to use your license in a new location. If you see errors, please contact our support department.
